Dragon Canyon is now available for pre-orders across SNUC’s global sites.

As the successor to the popular Intel® NUC 11 Extreme “Beast Canyon”, Dragon Canyon is powered by Intel’s latest 12th Gen Core i9-12900 and Core i7-12700 processors and supports Nvidia GeForce RTX 30 series graphics cards. Unlike any previous NUC model, Dragon Canyon is built with an LGA1700 CPU socket. Designed to span across multiple processor generations, Dragon Canyon will support 65W Intel Core i9 and i7 socketed desktop processors allowing for future upgrades.

Starting at $1699, two Dragon Canyon models (NUC12DCMi9 and NUC12DCMi7) are available for pre-order from SNUC. Thanks to a new partnership with Cherry, SNUC customers looking for a complete gaming setup can also add the CHERRY MX BOARD 3.0 S keyboard and CHERRY MC 3.1 mouse to their order during the configuration process. Supporting up to 24TB of storage via three Gen4 PCIe Drives and up to 64GB of 3200MHz RAM, alongside a full-length GPU in its Gen5 x16 PCIe slot, Dragon Canyon is undoubtedly the new industry leader in small form factor computers. SNUC® New Minis Provide a “Gem” of a Choice Between AMD and Intel for Business and Consumer Markets

The SNUC Ruby featuring AMD Ryzen™ 4000 Series processors and Topaz featuring 11th Gen Intel® Core™ processors look nearly identical but each shine in their own special way

SNUC, Inc, a leading mini computer integration company, today is announcing two new SNUC branded mini PC product lines which are positioned for business and consumer markets where scalable performance is valued in a small, energy-efficient form factor. SNUC is taking orders on the Topaz and Ruby product lines with Topaz expected to ship in January, and Ruby shipping now.

Three new Topaz NUC SKUs are being added to the SNUC roadmap with barebone kit pricing starting at $410USD.  The SNUC i7 Topaz (NUC11i7TZ) is based on the 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor with Intel Xe graphics, and is intended for usage where performance matters the most. And lower, more cost effective, performance options are also supported with 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 (NUC11i5TZ) and i3-1115G4 (NUC11i3TZ) SKUs.  More information on the Topaz family can be found at: www.snuc.com/topaz.

In addition, three new Ruby Mini PC SKUs are being added to SNUC’s Consumer/Business roadmap with barebone kit pricing starting at $370USD.  The SNUC Ruby R8 (CBM1R8RB) is based on the AMD Ryzen R7-4800U mobile processor with Radeon Vega graphics and is intended for usage with high performance requirements. The Ruby product line is rounded out with more cost-effective options including the Ryzen R5-4500U (CBM1R5RB) and Ryzen R3-4300U (CBM1R3RB).  More information on the Ruby family can be found at: www.snuc.com/ruby.

Ruby and Topaz have near identical configuration options, both offering up to six USB ports, up to four 4K video ports, dual Ethernet supporting GbE and 2.5GbE speeds, and replaceable lids to extend I/O functionality.  Both also offer TPM (Trusted Platform Module) for secure communications where encryption is required.  These feature-rich minis support a broad variety of usages including office productivity workstation, cloud connectivity, home entertainment, and casual gaming to name a few.  As always, SNUC will customize your Topaz or Ruby with memory, storage, OS, and accessories; and have it built and shipped within 48 hours.
